USE OF FAILSAFE ON PCM AND 2.7GHz TRANSMITTERS
It was recently published in the BMFA newsletter that a new regulation is in force. The regulation stipulates that if you have a failsafe facility on your radio you MUST have it enabled and that in the event of the loss of communication, the engine speed falls to idle or is stopped. As a BMFA affiliated club the committee request that all members comply with this regulation. Not doing so may invalidate your insurance.

9 March 2007 NVA will be attending the Castle Ashby Fair on 8th July 2007. All members are welcome to attend and all those with a "B" certificate will be eligible to fly. More details will follow but please put this date in your diary if possible.
